Abstract: For a generic vector field away from horseshoe, and an aperiodic chain recurrent class with singularities whose saddle values have different signs, the extended rescaled Poincar´e map is associated with a central model. Through computation, we prove the central model necessarily has chain recurrent central segments over the singularities. And this obstructs the application of central model. The motivation of this paper is to show that central model is completely inappropriate as a strategy to weak Palis conjecture for higher (4) dimensional singular flows. Our computation is based on the simplified way of addressing the blowup construction. As a byproduct, we are applicable to directly compute the extended rescaled Poincar´e map up to second order derivatives, which we believe has its independent interests.
